Duration of course offered in KNMU is 6 years and the university is fulfilling the NMC guideline with respect to the course duration. According to NMC guidelines of 2021 every foreign medical graduate must have studied at least 54 months of theory.
Kazakh National Medical University offers a course of 6 years i.e 5 years + 1 year. First 5 years are reserved for theory class and in the last year students will go through internship and regular clinical rotations.
